“Great location at Samara. We had booked a room with balcony looking out to the street not realizing it’s a busy street. We got upgraded to a bigger room with pool view without any request. We appreciated that very much as e were tired that day. The ac in the room worked excellent, the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Parking is across the street. We only stayed one night so did not get the a chance to try the restaurant, which looked great but can’t actually rate as we decided to……

“The hotel doesn't take credit cards so remember to bring enough cash. If you forget there is a bank of Costa Rica a short walk away but it only lets you withdraw 200 american dollars per day. The room could have used AC but the fan worked just fine. The nights were rather loud because of winds and trees dropping things onto the roof. The location of the hotel was ideal and the staff were quite efficient. Nothing beats waking up to the sound of waves crashing on the shore and enjoying the……

“A beautiful location, with lush landscaping and only a five minute walk to the beach. Many excellent restaurants very close by on Samara’s main street. We loved the variety of birds by the pool.”
