“Overall I agree with other reviews, even the negative ones. We stayed during the low season, so I don’t know what it’s like when the occupancy is 50% and more. We loved how private it felt, and staff were very accommodating and put a lot of care to make us feel very special. Top 3 highlights are amazing view of volcano, staff and thermal pool/swim up bar & jacuzzi. Negatives are like others said, there’s a very busy road just beyond the property, so if you wake up early and hang out on the……

“Great hotel, it needs a refreshment to the main areas but other than that was a great experience.”

“It was a nice looking property- food was delicious. The room, even though I got ocean view, was very small. No microwave. There was black mold around the toilet wall because of how humid it is. The location was good- walking distance of a lot of restaurants. Wasn’t much night life though- so if you are looking to party don’t come here. Pools close at 9 pm and they didn’t allow my kids to play with the ball.”
