“Staff was great and hotel was beautiful. Food was good but could be better. Because we traveled during the holiday busy week, it took us an hr to get to downtown la Fortuna. So, most nights we decided to stay at the hotel for dinner. It would be nice if things stayed open later like the hot springs and kids club, etc. But the service was exceptional. Free laundry machines to wash your clothes and shoe dryer was a bonus! ”

“We stayed at Secrets Papagayo for 3 nights. The property is very nice with rooms spread in different areas. Very nice (public) beach area on site. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We liked the view from our room on the ocean However we were very disappointed by the food at the buffet and in various restaurants, it was not the quality expected and was less than average. We thought that drivers transporting guests on different places at the property were driving way too fast making it……

“非常棒的酒店，环境一流、服务一流，尤其是餐厅的饭非常好吃。我们之前在La Fortuna另一家非常高档的酒店呆了几天，但是饭不怎么好，没法与这里比。建议去亚洲餐厅试一下，我们喜欢Wok，但注意他的炒米饭油太大，我们第二顿要求少放油结果很好。早上免费瑜伽也很好。住在这里也有温泉的tour，好像比直接住温泉酒店便宜。服务员都是帅哥靓妹。”
