“Centralt läge, nära affärer och restauranger. Fantastiskt bra med två dubbelrum, två badrum, kök . Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten på ett närbeläget fik var minimal, men man kunde göra frukost själv i lägenheten. Taxi till flygplatsen, som vi hörde, när personal beställde, kom dock inte. Vems felet var vet vi inte. Ingen hiss till lägenheten.”

O kisi telefonla birileri ile görüştü sonra bize odayı gösterdiler. Yagmurlu soğuk bir gunde uzun bir yolculuktan sonra biraz bekletildik ve endişe duyduk. “I stayed in this property six nights, four of which I had a colleague as a roommate. We were in Sofia for a conference that took place at the university 4 blocks away.
We had unusual temperatures in the 90s but the AC worked beautifully in the flat. I was able to wash and dry a load of clothes in the combo unit next to the kitchen sink. We did not have any occasion to use the dishwasher, but there is one. The bathroom is tiny but all one needs, although some glass shelving would help with……

"I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming.
The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.
Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk."
