“Hotel is a bit out of the way but that suited us. Lovely hotel and friendly staff but not much English spoken. Main issue was the Air Conditioning, or lack of it. They do have in all the rooms but when i asked how to work it they said it is not turned on yet as is not the season! Our room was really hot. We opening the balcony door but as it is on a very busy road the noise was too loud. Such a shame. ”

“A gem of a location. Our room looked over the clock tower with the mountains towering in the background. It was picture postcard perfect. Rooms apear to have been newly renovated. It was a very quiet and comfortable location. The village of Chiavenna is beautiful, looking like it has been untouched by time. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer. ”

“C’est un sans faute pour ce séjour en famille à Colico dans la très belle maison de Francesca ! Nous sommes restés une semaine dans ce petit paradis : calme, propreté et confort sont au rendez-vous. Les petits déjeuners sont d’une rare qualité et le choix change chaque matin, bravo ! Francesca est une hôte discrète mais aux petits soins. Nous recommandons à tout le monde cette expérience ”

“Praktische Zimmer für Familien in unmittelbarer grüner Umgebung (die allerdings wiederum am Rande eines kleinen Gewerbegebiets liegt), in der Nähe des Comer Sees. Sehr nette, sehr hilfsbereite Leute, gutes Restaurant im Haus. Für zwei, drei Nächte sind die Zimmer sicherlich absolut okay, für länger wären sie mir persönlich zu klein. Einziger wirklicher Minuspunkt ist, dass es doch sehr hellhörig ist. Das schreiende Baby im Nachbarzimmer machte eine erholsame Nacht schwierig. ”

“Super Lage, genau im Zentrum. Frühstück war immer reichlich, mit regionalen Produkten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch und super nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”
