“The staff here were so friendly, hard working, and helpful. The lobby has a nice eating area and the rooftop has a great view of the city skyline and the river. The bathrooms were always kept cleaned, the lockers were big and could accommodate my stuff, and the building is kept locked and safe. I had never stayed in a hostel before, but staying here was nice and easygoing. I would definitely book with them again”
“The description and photos on Expedia did not match.
I paid extra for the “Family 4 Person” option because the description and photos explicitly specified “separate bedroom” multiple times. However the room did not have a separate bedroom and the staff didn’t seem to know whether the room in the photos existed.
I talked to the receptionist who put me on the phone with the manager. The manager said the Expedia description and photos are incorrect and that I should contact Expedia and my credit……
“My stay was exceptional. Upon arriving earlier than check-in; the manager offered luggage storage, an efficient system with identification tags. She let me use the bathroom and even offered to allow me to use the shower if I needed. Once checked in, the room was very clean. I spilled coffee on the bed sheets, and once I told them, they offered to change the sheets and did. The bathrooms are very clean. They organized the airport taxi booking for my friend without any issue. The next day I……
“Nicely located down a quiet street, but nicely accessible to everything. Only issue is that the doors on the rooms are not sound proof on any level. So when someone is talking in the hallway its loud in the room. But we would stay here again, gusts were friendly and respectful, bathrooms were nice and rooms were cozy. ”
“No durian allowed, 5000 bhat fine.there is an outdoor pavilion on the 2nd floor, but the hotel won't even allow durian on their outdoor areas. You have to finish your durian before entering the property. We left for a different hotel that had no issues with durian. Duriiis a food, and doesn't stain into the walls/ceilings like cigarette smoke.”

“We arrived around 1am and the security guard welcomed us and helped us with the bags up to the 3rd floor. So nice and helpful. The staff made a lovely light breakfast and were so welcoming. The staff arranged a car for us to return to airport. This is a hostel but they really offered excellent service!”
