“The staff were all amazing ! Very friendly and helpful. Front reception service was great and efficient. Room services were awesome. The facility services manager (Celina) was exceptionally friendly, resourceful and accommodating. She answered many of our questions about the area and gave us great guidance. The breakfast buffet was very good and fresh, with lots of food options both hot & cold. The hot foods changed up daily, never ran out, definitely met our expectations. The buffet chef was……

“I loved that it was very resort like with plenty of fun family things to do (even for our 17 & 20 year old) when we just wanted to kick back at the hotel. I didn't love that while we were there they scheduled fire alarm testing/maintenance, lazy river work (potential water outage), and TV cable work (that required someone coming into our room). I understand maintenance needs to be done, and actually love that they do that, but schedule one thing per week or something like that so different……

“Wonderful place to stay for any length of time. The staff was above and beyond in every aspect. The area has a great patio to sit outside when the weather permits. In a great location with wonderful restaurants all around.”

“We loved this resort! It’s more than a hotel and super family friendly. We came in the middle of the week when no one was there. Tons of bars and activities for kids. Friday got super crowded and it was harder to find pool seating but other than that great experience. ”
