“The property location is good - near things to do and see on the island. We had some concerns since we had not done VRBO before and the address was not in the initial email; but our concerns were laid to rest and the office answered our questions. Everything was the way it was supposed to be. And the lady at the front desk - Sylvia - was so helpful and nice.”

“Everything was as described in the listing. Condo was very clean and lots of extras to use in the well stocked kitchen. We had a few minor maintenance issues that weren't resolved during our stay due to staffing issues. Certainly not the fault of the owner. Jerry got back to us promptly about the situation. The three bedrooms with three baths was perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again.”

“The property was cute. Very small but perfect for two people. The main bedroom is muggy and doesn't get below 75*. There is a humidifier in the room that sounds an alarm when the basin is full of water and needs to be drained. (Instructions about that would have been helpful)The living room gets most of the AC and stays very cool. The fold-out couch was a nice addition. Tiny kitchen, but had dishes, pans, utensils. A full-sized fridge with freezer, a gas stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher! We……

“My family and I came to SPI for Spring Break and Thoroughly enjoyed it! We desired to get away for Christmas this year and the vote was to come back to SPI but because the stay would be longer we wanted more space and comfort. This space provided just that, nice rooms with a view, easy access to the beach, pool/hot tub, and amazing sunsets. Can't wait to visit again! ”
