“Enjoyed our stay, the condo was perfect for us. When we weren't walking on the beach, we were sitting on the patio enjoying the sounds of the surf. Watching the full moon rising over the Gulf was a special treat on our anniversary. ”

“The property was nice in itself and I would stay here again but I did not receive enough wristbands for my entire party and the security guards tried to accuse us of not staying there. That made for a lot of inconvenience when I was clear about how many people were in the party and it was not over the limit. The master bedroom comforter was also dirty and I never received word that I was able to check in.after I was told I would get a call stating cleaning was out of the property ”

“Best location for easy access to SPI Birding Center and other local birding hot spots during spring migration. Balcony view of ocean and steps away from the beach. Fireworks every Fri and Sat was fun! The villa is perfect and super comfy bed. ”

“We were very happy overall. Great location, great view of the gulf. Nicely furnished, huge patio. We walked almost everywhere. Used the free shuttle which was easy and convenient. Checking in was a mess. The door wouldn't open, code didn't work. No one on site to help. Day 2 the shower broke. But, was fixed right away.”

“What a great place to stay. It is exactly as described, very well appointed and very tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed to comfortably enjoy our stay. The location is perfect. We would have our breakfast on the deck and listen/watch the surf. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Definitely a place we will visit again and its location on the island was perfect for us. “This condo is nothing short of amazing. It is gorgeous, very well equipped, and super comfortable place plus it has a great view, and is a super short walk to a really nice pool, beach front deck, and walkway to the water! Communication with property manager was a breeze, no issues with check in process, was quiet despite it being spring break, and the beach there is lovely. I would say my only dislike was that the master bedroom has no windows at all, I didn't realize that when booking and I……
