“The view and location was very good. The condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Main floor balcony door would not open and after maintenance sprayed with WD40 it opened but was still VERY hard to move so balcony was unusable. Second floor balcony blinds would not work so remained down and in the way of getting out the door. There was no way to tie them up to see the view or use the balcony. Several light bulbs out including master shower, upstairs bathroom, dining room, porch, and……

“This was my grandson’s 18th birthday gift. He wanted to go to the beach. He was surprised and in AW… to see the home. My grand-daughter was able to bring her Molly (dog). Needless to say we all enjoyed ourselves even when it rained. It was like being right at home. The beds were comfortable, we cooked out as much as we could. Extremely clean all around. The host was super sweet and helpful!Hope it’s available next year, we’re spending more time! Thank you! Melinda ”

“I stayed at property for business for 10 days. Property is older but plenty of room. My largest company would be living room furniture. Couch felt like sitting on a hard board and no way to get comfortable. Place is dated and things breaking but it is functional.”
