“I love everything about this place. The setting in this Resort is just beautiful and you can see everything for miles. As you walk down through this canals and channels everybody has boats here and there and you can see the huge Rockets over there way way over there by SpaceX and then if you look the other direction you can see the big Sky Rises at South Padre Island. This property has its own washer and dryer full size oven and fridge, beautiful big giant porch and a Jacuzzi. Really nice……

“We loved the views and being on the water. Wished we had our fishing poles as fish were jumping and pelicans diving into the water. The place was a little out dated and no water pressure in the bathroom at all. It was cheap and would stay again as the view was worth the stay.”

“Exactly what we were wanting for our final road trip in the States. Warm temperatures, well equipped and comfortable house with beautiful views and sited in a quiet village close to anything you needed. The only thing that struck us as being a bit strange was that the queen sized beds only had single bed sized sheets on them - other than that - perfect!!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. The spacious backyard was perfect for our dog to run and play, and we loved spending relaxing time on the patio grilling and enjoying the sunshine.The location is fantastic, situated in a safe, quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from Pirate's Landing Fishing Pier, great local restaurants, and the Port Isabel Lighthouse. “Book through southpadretrips.com, that is who this property is originally managed through and it's cheaper. When you go through the third party rental company RedAwning, you get charged a $400+ property fee. Communication is lacking due to two rental management companies. Property is nice with a nice view and close to many nice restaurants and the lighthouse. ”

“The view and location was very good. The condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Main floor balcony door would not open and after maintenance sprayed with WD40 it opened but was still VERY hard to move so balcony was unusable. Second floor balcony blinds would not work so remained down and in the way of getting out the door. There was no way to tie them up to see the view or use the balcony. Several light bulbs out including master shower, upstairs bathroom, dining room, porch, and……
