“Everything is within a 3mile radius. This place has plenty of space and showers are huge. You can walk to the activity center from this home. AC worked awesome and the BBQ pit was a bonus. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Strongly recommend this cottage. Also, u can fish right out the bottom balcony. The permanent residents there were very pleasant. Every home there is different and unique. Pick this one.”

“ So I’ll start off by saying that I really wanted to give this a 5 star just based off of the fishing deck, but there were a lot of small things that I just couldn’t. The deck was awesome we caught a bunch of little channel cat had 7 guest (2 adults and 5 children) staying 5 days 4 nights. They gave us 5 bath towels, 3 trash bags, no laundry soap, 1 roll of paper towels, and no oven mitts or dish towels for a kitchen with no dishwasher.”

“Very good place with awesome views to the intercoastal channel. good size patio. Only downside is bedroom 2 is half bath. All in all a very good & will look forward to coming back..”

“The home was clean and comfortable for the wife and I. Our only problem was it not having a taller commode or elongated commode. When you are in your later stages of life, these simple things mean alot. One in the master bath would have been welcome.”

“A comfortable cottage with all the amenities, it even had a dishwasher. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed if we abated to cook (which wasn’t often ). Andrea managed the place and she made sure we had everything we needed, very nice!!”

“The unit was perfect to use as a home base for SpaceX Starship launch and South Padre Island activities. You do have to pay the recreation fee for the facilities, but it's a nice community. If you use this for Starship launch viewing, you'll need to venture out to find a good view of the launch pad, but short walks can get you there.”

“Great location and amenities, this unit needs some maintenance done to it, light fixtures coming out, flapper to to vent wakes you up in the master, boat lift doesn’t work properly.”
