“We had a really fun time. The house was perfect for us. We loved all the decking and pier areas on the water. Easy access, fully stocked, and a very nice host made for a great trip! We will come back again.”

“ So I’ll start off by saying that I really wanted to give this a 5 star just based off of the fishing deck, but there were a lot of small things that I just couldn’t. The deck was awesome we caught a bunch of little channel cat had 7 guest (2 adults and 5 children) staying 5 days 4 nights. They gave us 5 bath towels, 3 trash bags, no laundry soap, 1 roll of paper towels, and no oven mitts or dish towels for a kitchen with no dishwasher.”

“the location is close to the fishing pier. plenty of room in the house. just need an antenna for the tv. not everyone in our group fished. Overall clean but does need a deep cleaning. the one issue was the oven/stove not working we had to turn on the breaker to use the stove. Overall a nice location ”

“Great place to relax, nice deck on the water. Comfortable recliner, couch, bed and a good shower.”

“The home was clean and comfortable for the wife and I. Our only problem was it not having a taller commode or elongated commode. When you are in your later stages of life, these simple things mean alot. One in the master bath would have been welcome.”

“We loved this place! Even with a couple hiccups, we got ahold of the owners quickly and they were so sweet! We love love to stay here again in the future”

“My husband and I were in town for business. It was a nice place to relax. The deck out back needs a little work and there is not a lot of room to fish since it is a corner lot. Nice shower though! The house was pretty well stocked with cooking utensils, cups, etc. All in all, it was a nice stay.”

“Hi, we had previously reviewed through Vacasa. Great house, and we will not change our 5-star review, but unfortunately we picked up bed bugs from the master bedroom during the stay. Confirmed by a doctor today. Parents in second bedroom were OK. We are fumigating and washing our clothing and bags, but it would be a good idea to pass a message to the owner prior to the next guests arriving. Never had this happen before- entirely unpleasant.”
