“We really enjoyed our weekend stay! The house was very clean and in a nice & quiet neighborhood. It was a plus that the outlet mall was only 5 miles away also. The closets provided plenty of storage, the a/c was great & the beds were very comfortable…we will definitely choose this property when we have a chance to visit again. Ricardo was very responsive so it was a pleasure working with him.”

“Simon was great and very attentive. Check in was easy, the home was clean and comfortable. My only complaint and it’s so little that it doesn’t even matter, but there wasn’t any soap to wash dishes. I did go buy some as we were there for 4 nights :) I would definitely stay here again or any of Simon’s properties!”

“My husband and his crew was down for work. They absolutely loved being able to come home to a "home environment" after a hard days work. Great treat to having all the necessary essentials from cook outs to the swimming pool! House was very clean and would highly recommend and book again if needed! . The area felt safe as well. 10/10 stars. Book it, you wont be disappointed! Thanks again!”
