“We were 4 men wanting a room each and it was perfect. We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Nice views. There is no lift but it was fine for us even though we are in our 60s. Kitchen has everything you would want. There is a TV with Netflix and sky news. The views are really nice of the Mar Menor sea. the owner Luis met us on arrival and was very helpful. ”

“Village sans aucune ame . Pas de loisir , aucun air de fete . Un seule resto au bout du village ? La plage de sable oui mais plaine d'algues vertes . Ces un endroit pour des retraités et non pour des vacanciers .”

“Vraiment très bien à tous points de vue . La situation est parfaite, à quelques minutes de tout ce qu’il y a à voir à Murcia. Le parking est un vrai plus. PS : nous avons laissé une bouteille d’eau dans le frigo pour les vacanciers suivants. Cela nous a manqué à l’arrivée (un dimanche avec les commerces fermés).”

“My daughter and I stayed at the apartment during our most recent trip to Murcia. The apartment is very well situated and is within walking distance to many shops sites and restaurants. We loved the beautiful terrace and enjoyed cooking at home and eating dinner outside for a number of nights. We would gladly return if we ever find ourselves in Murcia again. My only complaint is that we had tried to change our reservation from 7 nights to 6 (before the cutoff time) as our flight was an overnight……

The ventilation was bad and there either was foul smell from the sewers or from the humidity that caused mold on the roof and walls. When this was addressed, the answere was that I should have investigated more if I was sensitive to those conditions. Aircondition in the living room and fans in the others. To get ok temperature in the other rooms it had to be cold in the living room with the……
