“What a gem of a find, it started with the excellent & timely communication from the hotel staff. The staff are amazing, so happy, friendly and welcoming Upon arrival we were greeted in the street and walked into the hotel, by a very friendly staff member. We then discovered a very clean, very Italian styled, lots of cool marble, and cactus, a beautiful hotel. Rooms are cool with aircon. “From the moment we booked, this hotel was fab. The manager resoonded straight away when our plane was delayed, and reassured us our room would be held for us and someone would be available to let us in however late it was. The room was spacious, light and clean. They cleaned our room every day, and left clean towels when needed. Plenty of space to park, for free. The continental buffet style breakfast was always kept filled with fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, pastries, fresh bread, cooked meats,……

Everyone, and I mean everyone, from the owner to the person who replaces your toilet paper rolls, was just great. Friendly, dedicated, always smiling and ready to help. The staff at the beach facility were just as wonderful. A truly wo derful experience all around.”
