“My husband and I stayed a week at Casa Verde. The cabin is very eclectic/rustic, but had everything we needed. Annie the owner was extremely easy to get in contact with and is very helpful with any questions we had.If you want a laid back get away close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, we can recommend 100%! “Read the small print! First look said it had a pool, whole house to yourself , washer and dryer at 20$ a load? A/C did not work, TV remote was broken, no streaming ? Place needs some TLC. Gas stove was a little scary and ran out. Water pressure was horrible (except the outdoor shower, that was good, electric power showed water in port in American I phones . You couldn't charge anything! Beach and area very nice, but a walk to town if you didn't have a car, there were bikes, but again read the……

“I loved this place. We had a great stay. A few things to note: all rooms face the outside. Like a motel. Kitchens/living rooms are outside too. Mosquitos everywhere. To be expected but best to prepare ahead of time. Pool was nice to have. It was hard to keep steps clean because they were outside but they were very clean when we got there. Glad they had someone on sight to check us in because the original location sent wasn’t accurate and he was able to send me location in wayze, which worked……

“The property was a perfect spot for me. I extended my stay twice because of the hospitality and willingness to accommodate me by Scott (the property manager). Everything was perfect and I definitely recommend staying there. I will try to stay again next time I am in Puerto Viejo. Pura Vida!!!”
