“Wifi was not reliable or strong enough, therefore I had to use my hotspot during the entire stay. Since I am from overseas, I needed to recharge my data plan twice, incurring extra costs.”

“I stayed in The Horton Grand for six nights from 8/16 till 8/22 in 2024. Unbelievably, my room (#321) did not have a refrigerator, although two staff members at the front desk (reception) claimed that every room had one. I remember several years ago before the pandemic my room did have a microwave oven and a refrigerator when I stayed in the same hotel.”

“Kids probably shouldn’t be permitted to use the utensils and serve themselves given the fact that there were many in the service area that did not have the skills and ability ( some underage, children, sneezing under the guard all over the food items and handling utensils from wrong end - very unsanitary adults, not taking care of their kids) if they are not old enough to pay to eat, parents should be serving their children not exposing the rest of the guests to the possible public hazards that……
