“Very nice staff, rooms are older but clean. I would stay here again but I am not a fan of their parking. Very small and limited.”

“I stayed in The Horton Grand for six nights from 8/16 till 8/22 in 2024. Unbelievably, my room (#321) did not have a refrigerator, although two staff members at the front desk (reception) claimed that every room had one. I remember several years ago before the pandemic my room did have a microwave oven and a refrigerator when I stayed in the same hotel.”

“Wifi was not reliable or strong enough, therefore I had to use my hotspot during the entire stay. Since I am from overseas, I needed to recharge my data plan twice, incurring extra costs.”

“Front desk guy seemed Autistic. Nothing wrong with that, but he talked too much, too fast, and mumbled. Not able to figure out where to park or about availability for breakfast. ”
