“Loved the area and all it has to offer. Parking is a bit tricky with the daily Promenade street closures but the parking garage is easily accessible and it is a super nice perk that comes with the unit. This unit is in the middle of the Gaslamp and that brings with it a colorful and diverse crowd, including some folks that are un-housed - just be aware of that. Ben is an awesome host - very communicative and supportive. Hope to stay here again someday!”

“Check in & out was seamless. The parking just steps from the Wayfarer Hotel was convenient. The place was better than pictured! Walkable to both grocery stores and gift shopping on Garnet St. Restaurants were right outside of our door. You can’t beat the price for the location. If an affordable beachfront property is what you’re looking for, this is it. Eric was amazing too! I’m definitely looking forward to my next stay here!”
