Before this trip, I didn't really know what a Dark Skies community was, but oh, how we enjoyed laying out on the balcony at night, looking at the sky and seeing countless stars, compared to the few visible from home. Close enough to town to visit it at will, and just far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet, and the voices of birds of all kinds. Our golden retriever loved the backyard, as well as hanging out with us, indoors.We……

“Communication was excellent and thorough. Check-in was easy. The patio was a pleasant surprise. I took a nap in the hammock after a long day in the sun. The inn suite is close to town but is secluded and quiet. I spent a lot of time on the patio and was so happy to be visited by a lovely calico cat and later by some friendly chickens. ”
