I arrived at the hotel at 11:30, but check-in time is 3pm. The staff was very helpful and stowed my luggage and completed the check in paperwork. They told me all I had to do was pick up the key whenI returned. I came back at 4:30 and was told my room was not ready and would have to wait another 30 minutes.
