“Every staff member was very nice and helpful. We didn’t have any housekeeping service for two days and I had to go down to the front desk for more wash clothes and sheets. The hotel can use a little TLC but the breakfast was great. I would stay there again. ”

“We liked having the extra room the suite provided and having the kitchenette came in handy when Houston shut down due to a rare winter storm for a day and a half. We liked the fire pit area and grilling area. The pool looked nice too. The free breakfast was enjoyable and 3 nights a week there was a social hour with a light meal. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“We were at a ladies conference in Highlands. We very much enjoy this hotel. The only thing that we do not like is there’s not enough light in either one of the bathrooms. The beds are super comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is wonderful.”
