“We had a great time at our Friendcation at the Ranch this year! The hospitality was second to none, with constant communication and assistance when issues arrived (broken dryer, meant daily laundry service until they could replace it). It’s a ranch so critters are too be expected but it was handled with professionalism and timeliness. So much space for our group to spread out, pool was wonderful, and hot tub too! We plan on coming back year after year as our tradition home! ”

“Perfect stay. The location of the house could not have been better. There is a market right in front (walking distance) with many places to grab something to eat around. But of course there's an amazing kitchen with EVERYTHING you need to cook so we didn't eat out. Loved how clean the house is. My teenage daughter said, "The house has old bones but it's kept up really nicely". I thought that summed it up perfectly. The beds were super comfortable and having 2 bathrooms is a huge plus. “Beautiful view of the lake and mountains! The adults loved that it is located minutes from the sequoia national park entrance. There was a heat advisory, yet the house and game room remained cool. The kids (teens and tween) enjoyed cooling off in the river, right in the back yard! It was also fun to discover statues and other treasures around the yard. Very grateful for easy access to extra towels, pillows and blankets. We highly recommend this place.”

“This place is an amazing property to stay at with friends or family. It was our second staythere .So many special little places to hang out read visit relax the pool and hot tub are a wonderful feature. Now they have painting rocks a sauna. . We took a canoe and some kayak and stand up paddle boards up the river.. Plenty of wine tasting in the area as well. The host Del he is one of the best host we have ever had. ”

“ I wish I could give 10 stars! The villa and the swimming hole on the river are absolutely amazing! Stunning views of the mountains from the living room and the master suite! The close approximation to Sequoia National Park and the community of Three Rivers was really convenient. Communication with the host was professional, courteous and prompt. The 4 bedrooms with king size beds was great for my family. I would highly recommend this location for anyone traveling to Sequoia National Park or……

“The house was perfect for our family thanksgiving get together. The garage/game room was a highlight (ping pong, pool table, foosball). The bunk bed room is so cool and was fun for the kids (they said it felt like "camp") :) The comfortable living room, with an open floorplan connected to the kitchen, was perfect for playing games. Quite and very nice neighborhood. There is a really nice and fun park/playground in walking distance. The drive from this house to Sequoia National Park was easy.……
