“Small (especially bathroom) but everything we needed for 4 days with nicely equipped full kitchen. First floor with access to pool from our room was very handy. Lovely pool area and comfortable lounge chairs. Great hot tub. Laundry room just down hall. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the blinds and they sent someone to fix right away. Just 4 miles from town. Would definitely return in the future.”

“We stayed here for spring break with our family of 4 and our dog. There is a fenced in back yard, closed in front deck and lots of parking. They have everything you need for your stay. Laundry detergent, dish detergent for machines, soaps and dishes. We made multiple meals with the fully stocked kitchen utensils and cookware. We would recommend this place and plan to stay again in the future. ”

“I met an owner of a condo on premises while fishing on the pier. Best time ever. Met other visitors/owners and all were so friendly. My condo was nice and clean. Great view of ship channel. I had the things I needed. The towels really dried the water off me after showering. Loved them, lol. I really enjoyed the recliner and wall mount TV because it moved. The office was great after an unexpected issue with the code to get into the condo. The weather was no good, but when the sun came out……

“Was what I expected. People were great to work with and it was very easy process. The room was very clean. Property is a bit older, but has nice parking. It was a bit out of the way for my purposes, but it is close to the art district, so if that is your thing this place maybe ideal. Also, Rockport isn’t that big, so not necessarily a big deal. ”

“Quiet cul-de-sac close to everything but feels like your still in your own little slice of paradise. ”

“Our early April trip was awesome. Beach within walking distance. Roomy for 7 adults and a child. Game room was great, as was the kitchen. We had the pool to ourselves, which was clean and hot tub was a hit. Manager was very responsive with our questions. We rented an 8 person golf cart and enjoyed tooling around ”
