“A couple of things mentioned to the front desk. Slow bathroom sink drain. Sliding door blinds were NOT acceptable. They kept falling down, the slats kept breaking loose from the top bracket. Slats wouldn’t close so we had the pool light shining in our eyes all night. The generator noise Turning on and off all night making sleep difficult. ”

“We'd visited Rockport in the summer, but never in the winter. The owner was very responsive throughout our trip, from booking to check-out. The house was spotless when we arrived, and we appreciated the welcome snacks. The kitchen was well-stocked with seasonings, pots, and utensils. We weren't sure if the heated pool would be worth it, but it definitely was! My family and I enjoyed watching the football games while relaxing in the pool. Overall, it was a great spot for a relaxing weekend……

“Good location, clean and everything functional. Plenty of towels available. No extras in kitchen like salt and pepper. But does have all cooking essentials like pots and pans. Coffee pot and filter but no coffee so bring your own. Was a really cold weekend so a throw in living area would be a nice addition but I realize it’s not normally so cold. ”

“This is a great property for multiple families. There is plenty of dishware, the kitchen is well stocked and three full bathrooms made it easy for everyone to have privacy on their own schedule. The heated pool and golf cart are a plus.”

“I'm a vacation rental owner myself, and I was impressed with the home itself. There was some cleanliness issues with sand covering the floor so I had to request a broom to clean it, my 1 year old grandson ended up finding a used eye contact to, so that was pretty bad to see too. ”

“Great house right next to the beach. Has all the room you would need for a get together. Super close to restaurants and bars. Communication with the property management was excellent and the small issue we had was rectified that day. Will definitely book again.”
