“I loved the breakfast, it was supreme among hotels even in the U.S. the only comparable one in the U.S. was at The Residence Inn in St. Louis, MO. The room exceeded my expectations but the loading and unloading zone space was difficult to get to and were basically on a very busy street, which you had to cross to park. Also, each time you needed to access the vehicle you had to get the desk to open the gate from across the street.”

“La atención muy ineficiente llegamos al hotel,nos dijeron que no había disponibilidad de habitaciones tuvimos que esperar un montón para que nos brindaran una habitación que no era súper pequeña y incómoda . La de recepción no nos supo dar una razón no podíamos cancelar la reservación esto fue terrible muy mala experiencia.”

“Excellent service, great staff, nice clean hotel. The breakfast included was very good. Great location, huge park next door. Good exchange rate given at the front desk. The only negative was the hotel restaurant and hotel boutique, very expensive and not good value. Better to eat and shop elsewhere. I would stay ther again.”

“Belle grande chambre avec un lit king confortable au 10 ieme étage et vue sur la ville. C'était bien mais un peu humide. Mais il faut dire que tout est humide au Costa Rica. Salle de bain correcte et pomme de douche qui fonctionne très bien. Bon buffet déjeuner avec du choix mais tout ça a un prix. Il y a des restaurants autour nais il faut marcher un peu. À distance de marche une dizaine de minutes il y a la rue principale avec les magasins. Il y a aussi pas loin le chibatown qui est quand……
