“The Staff in all areas is very friendly and do their best to provide great service. For instance, the staff in the restaurant was very accommodating on our dietary needs, since my family is allergic to gluten and dairy products. Since the day we visit it was breakfast buffet, they helped us to cook some eggs for us to avoid cross contamination. The only thing that we noticed is that the hotel is could be a little noisy, as is quite close to the main street. (which at the same time is convenient……

“Super hôtel, très propre et neuf. À distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants. Par contre, l’emplacement est bruyant. Si cela ne vous dérange pas, c’est un excellent endroit pour vous. “Hot water! The shower could use a new shower head though. It's located in a quiet neighborhood but 15 minutes walk to the National Museum. Great cluster of restaurants in a five minute walk inJardin de Lolita. Nice vintage hotel. Great, quiet sitting area.”

“Lorsque vous êtes en transit à San José c'est l'hôtel qu'il vous faut. Une ancienne maison victorienne qui a conservé tout son charme d'antan. L'intérieur est cosy avec ses boiseries, plancher, escaliers, décors. Un havre de paix au centre de la ville. Une mention spéciale également au personnel sympathique, un grand merci aux dames du ménage qui rendent cet établissement parfaitement soigné.”
