“We loved the beauty and character and decor of the hotel and particularly our room. Staff were exceptionally helpful. I walk with a cane and our check-in young man noticed (i should have noted his name but he wore eye glasses) and moved us from a second floor room to the fabulous first floor room. The all day coffee/tea station was much appreciated. The breakfast outdoor and indoor area was so charming and the food was delicious. The location was fabulous and so close to great restaurants like……

“I really liked the staff. They were very kind and polite. Breakfast was included which was great. I did get a room upgrade which had two beds and my stay was mostly comfortable. The only thing I didn't like too much is that there were days when some of the other guests or workers ( not sure) would be really noisy talking on the hallway and moving what sounded like furniture at 3 am. I did not request a room change as I was happy with the room and I had a provwdure so I would fall back asleep……
