“it was stunning. the staff are so professional and very friendly. the cleaners were perfect with so much attention to detail. amazing pool side service and a lovely welcome at reception. prosseco on arrival. stunning location and 10 minute walk to costa adeje market. breakfast was so tasty with so much variety. this was the best hotel i have ever stayed at. i will 100% be coming back.”

“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“The bad bits: Its a shame as I paid extra for a partial sea view. I could only see the sea from the balcony if I stood up and climbed on the wall as we were the 1st floor and the view was blocked by a platform. Also one night was ruined by a bunch of drunk golfing lads next door (of course the hotel isnt to blame). Due to it being an all inclusive resort, youll inevitably meet these kind of people... I found the pool area to be designed in a crowded way. The sun loungers are very close to one……

“We stayed with a toddler and a baby and the hotel went above and beyond to help us be comfortable and make it a special experience. We normally like to visit other restaurants and do day trips on holiday however there was so much choice and activities for us as a family to do within the resort we ended up staying in and enjoying it the whole time, besides the odd beach walk! Such an easy, luxurious treat for our first family trip. ”

“Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise! ”

“Absolutely gorgeous, what made this hotel so special was the staff. They were so dedicated and amazing. We will return. “Ich war eine Woche mit meinem Partner Ende April / Anfang Mai in dem Hotel. Es hat uns super gefallen, die ganze Anlage war total sauber und auch das Zimmer war in einem Top Zustand. “The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and kept clean. Breakfast in the restaurant was really good with a great selection. The pool is nice but the sun loungers can get bit busy. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the beach and it’s uphill all the way back. Make sure to ask about the bottom entrance to save your legs!”

“Out 5th stay at the Vallemar and standards remain consistently high. An excellent frontline hotel with a wonderful roof terrace and pool. The hotel restaurant overlooks the Lago Martínez and provides a large range of buffet style dishes with produce sourced from its own organic farm. The restaurant staff are professional and attentive.
