“THIS IS A 3 STAR NOT 4 STAR HOTEL. We stayed during their off season and many of the hotel amenities were not available for use including the jacuzzi, pool bar, gym, and sauna which we were not made aware of prior to booking. The room was not clean when we arrived with stains on the bed and hair/garbage in the bathroom from the previous person. The door had gaps around it so noise came through meaning the vaccuming around 11pm at night kept us from getting the sleep we needed for an early……

“The staff at El Fundidor were very friendly and went out of their way to assist with various queries and an early check in even before we had requested one. Breakfast had enough variety and was delicious at a very approachable price. Only issue was the elevator that did not work for a few hours each day that we were there. Will definitely stay again. ”
