“THIS IS A 3 STAR NOT 4 STAR HOTEL. We stayed during their off season and many of the hotel amenities were not available for use including the jacuzzi, pool bar, gym, and sauna which we were not made aware of prior to booking. The room was not clean when we arrived with stains on the bed and hair/garbage in the bathroom from the previous person. “All the staff have been extremely welcoming and kind. The level of hospitality they try and provide here is actually top-notch for this area. Our hotel room is very clean and very presentable with a wonderful large Jacuzzi in the suite. It’s very walkable and close to the main Central Square, which is convenient.
