“Elk Trace Bed and Breakfast was an incredible experience. The "big" house was incredible. Like a combination of a cabin / manor house. Beautiful on the outside and inside, nestled on 102 acres of pristine Colorado (San Juan Forrest) wilderness yet still fairly close to civilization in Pagosa Springs. The room was perfectly sized with a king bed. The place is dog friendly. The owner, Evelyn, even volunteered to watch one of our yappy dogs while we went on a carriage ride around the property……
