“The Hosts, Michael and Elisabeth, were lovely people and did everything to make our stay work, given the situation that we encountered.Unfortunately the listing we booked was not what was presented to us at the time of check in, but the Hosts were agile and accommodated us in appropriate alternatives for the 2 nights we stayed in Puntarenas. I believe the listings for their property have since been updated and the situation for future travelers should be fixed. A few things to note (being a Host……

“This is an outstanding property, I'm glad to say it exceeded my expectations. Paquera CR isn't the tourist mecca, IE an all inclusive. If you want to enjoy CR with a local feel and experience this is a place for you. The owners were responsive to questions and w/recommendations sheet to go. We loved CURU and the wildlife refuge, great hiking trails, great beach..”
