“The house was just as described and pictured. We really enjoyed making s’mores by the fire pit :). AC & Heater worked great! Three bedrooms is always a huge plus with kids. Owner was very nice and responsive. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was cold outside but a very nice addition in the summer!!! Thank you for the stay. ”

“House was clean and well equiped. There is a lot of repair going on in the area from the hurricane, it rained a lot while we were there so we explored the area. Not too far from some fun things. Houston and Galveston Island. The house did have a smoker smell, To moat it probably wasnt that bad but we definitely noticed it. . All in all it was a nice trip. Wish the weather was better. 😞”

“We just needed a quick getaway and even though it was cold and rainy on the beach it was just what the doctor ordered. Owner very helpful and thoughtul.”

“The property was clean and just like the pictures posted online. Close to the beach and local shops. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“The house in an all is really nice. There is a few issues. The owner may want to address as far as vent falling down in kitchen ceiling, toilet seat not fitting on guest bathroom and a weird smell to the water. Other than that, it was great and very clean upon our arrival.”

“Our family had a great time and really enjoyed the house! The only complaint i would have is that the grill did not work and neither did the shower downstairs to rinse off from the beach. Other than that, it was perfect!”

“Property was clean, rooms smaller than the pictures suggest but comfortable. Bunk beds wobbly for older kids. I believe there should have been a better stock of toilet paper and paper towels and towels in general. Although the washer and dryer helped. All in all it was a comfy stay for the week”

“If you want to sleep with the sound of the waves, this place is the right one for you. The host is very nice. She promptly replies to very questions you'll ever have. Highly recommended. ”

“This was our 3rd stay! Between our 2nd & 3rd stay the kitchen and bathrooms were upgraded and done beautifully! The house is the perfect size and location is spot on for enjoying coffee in the morning and watching the waves come in and beautiful sunsets in the evening. We can’t wait for our next mini vacation at the beach box!”
