“I have been traveling through latin America for 3 months and have stayed in many economy type hotels but this one is by far the worst. First of all, the one tiny towel they provided was old and dingy and it even had a blood stain for good measure. The bedding was equally disgusting and the pillows were covered in plastic. The room i was in had windows facing the hallway and did not close at the top which made the noise from the street unbearable. On a positive note, the AC worked well and……

“The employees could not find the Hotels.com reservation when I checked-in. So I paid them directly. This continued for 6 days until they suddenly found the Hotels.com reservation and then expected me to pay again for the same 6 days. I refused so they kicked me out immediately and I had to scramble to find a place and get there with 0 notice.”
