“We had a pleasant stay. Auturo was super helpful and very responsive. The kitchen is well equipped. The AC worked well and the beds were comfortable. The pool and gym are pretty standard. We had a nice week. ”

There is a pool on the rooftop with beautiful views and I was able to watch a parade and the fireworks in the city celebrating the holidays. Check in and out was easy and I had everything I needed. Highly recommended.”

Safe neighborhood - grocery and good restaurants very close (have to try Maito!) and the Ecuadorian place across the street. - The view is great looking across the coast Property Cons: The apartment itself, however, is very basic. Walls show wear, beds come with 2 flat sheets-no blanket or other sheet, kitchen is sparse on utensils-pot/pans (which if you eat out all the time is no big deal). “The address was a bit confusing for the taxi drivers; they should mention that it is within the “Villas de Cantabria” gated area. You’ll have to call to be let in through the gate upon first arrival. Other than that, great place. It’s close to a train station and a supermarket.”
