“Property very modern and up to date. Loved the outdoor areas and rooftop patio. Didn’t use the outdoor hot tub due to current drought and water shortages. . Location was very good. Nice grocery store and carnerita, meat market close. 20-25 minute walk to the old town area or inexpensive taxi ride. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. At at several great restaurants, Casa Oaxaca a must. Took a cooking class that took you to the large local market then returned to her home with a great outdoor……

“Overall we had a wonderful stay at Casa Utopia. The house was beautiful, clean, pool was great. It is challenging to find and up a dirt road and that wasn’t in the listing. We arrived at dark and it was challenging to find. But the road is dirt and it would have been more helpful to know so we could have brought more supplies.also the listing says a kind bed room with 2 twin beds but there were no twin beds. Humberto quickly brought them. Also it says there is a washing machine in the listing……

“The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The property manager checked on us daily through WhatsApp to ensure all was ok. The housekeeper came daily to clean and was very thorough and responsive. Great rooftop terrace to enjoy morning coffee. Would definitely stay again!”

“Outstanding experience. Super clean and functional and beautiful. So many gorgeous spaces to spread out both indoor and outdoor. Bedrooms were spacious with places to sit and read quietly. Dining room was out eating space during the daytime and board game hangout in evening. Rooftop is a dream space with sauna and massive grill, great views for birding and listening to music.”

“The home is in a residential neighborhood, but is a peaceful place to relax after exploring el centro. The home, grounds and pool were beautiful and had plenty of space for two families with children. Everyone enjoyed cooking at home, hanging out with the peacock, and swimming in the pool. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay - pool towels, cookware, Bluetooth speaker, hairdryers, etc. The host was also very helpful, checking in to make sure we did not need anything.
