“The house is gorgeous and has everything you could need. Gabby is an excellent host, and Henry takes great care of the property. Silvie is amazing, and her daily visits to clean made us feel spoiled. Gabby helped us with couples massages, horseback riding on the beach, a fishing trip, and a private chef for dinner. All activities exceeded our expectations.There are great restaurants close by, including the closest just a short walk down the beach. There is also a tree house pizza place that……

“The property had everything we needed- nice pool which was kept clean, 3 bedrooms with AC , kitchen, living area. Lots of towels and good poolside lounges. There were beach chairs to take with you to the beaches. The location was just a few minutes drive to Carrillo beach. The housekeeping folks were wonderful. The bathrooms were very functional but a bit dated. You should have a 4 wheel drive since the road up is a bit steep but we find a 4 wheel drive the best option in any case for Costa ……

“I’m not particularly spiritual, but I practically had a religious experience here, floating in a beautiful pool under a moonlit sky, surrounded by the chatter of five or six monkeys hiding in the trees next to me.In the morning we would ride down into town to grab coffees and pastries and dance on the dusky sand with our kids, finding tiny crabs and strange shells in the warm water. I would go back in a heartbeat.”

“Wow. Casa Iscaja is gorgeous. We had amazing breakfasts prepared by Eli with the freshest ingredients. Gerardo used his connections to find us fresh Tuna for dinner. Relaxing poolside overlooking the beautiful Costa Rican landscape and Pacific Ocean was tranquility at its best. Having massages while listening to the waves. We enjoyed beautiful sunny days and loved watching evening thunderstorms roll in. A perfect location for venturing out to the local beaches, zip lining, kayaking,……

“Our stay was amazing!!!! The 2.5 acre property has stunning views, updated furniture, comfortable beds, nice pool and very clean. The billiards table and separate observation deck are perks that you will not find in most places, and we got lots of use out of both. It’s quiet, peaceful, fenced and gated, plenty of parking included 3 covered spaces. The owner John stayed in contact with us to assist with anything we needed along the way. 10/10 you will not regret staying here!”

“This house served us well as a base for our adventures around Paquera. We visited Curu, beaches, and bioluminescent kayaking during our stay. We were able to make meals and spend some time at the house in the AC. We saw the macaws and oranged chinned parakeets from the yard. This place is nothing fancy but it was perfect for us. ”
