“Arrived around noon, check-in is from 3pm, receptionist was lovely and friendly, allowed us to check in and leave our bags securely and go for an explore and she rang me when the room was ready. All the staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Our apartment was large, with a small kitchenette and a fairly sunny terrace just off the main street. “Hotel has been refurbished and is lovely and all the staff are amazing. Food was okay and the hotel full of either golfing or corporate groups who were rowdy, often appeared intoxicated, hitting balls into the pool and lounging areas and constant expletives. The bar at night was packed and I wouldn't recommend for couples or families ”

“Ample apartment with good facilities. No one on site. Difficult to access. You are supposed to get a form to checkin online and then you get a code to open the doors. They claimed they did not get my email and phone from Expedia. They refused to let me access my unit to connect my computer and complete the checkin. In the end we drove to thier offices and they completed the paperwork. The locks with codes are not user friendly. In the end someone arrived and let us in. ”

“I've stayed in this hostel for 2 nights while visiting Cartagena and had really good time. The room was spacious with nice view, very comfortable and I loved the walk in shower which was much better than some 4* hotels. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect, within short walking distance from everything. I would definitely stay again on my next visit to the city.”
