“Owner needs to step up his marketing game. I don't know why there are only 5 reviews on the property? Get the property owner's what's app, much easier to communicate. Property owner met us at San Pedro airport, picked us up, and took us to their private dock in town. We took the 3 minute boat ride to the vrbo, and they helped us get our luggage inside. place was very clean and nice. there is another 4 bedroom house right next door. every day beds were made and new towels were dropped off.……

“The property was well maintained and had everything we needed for 2 families traveling with teenagers. Victor and Naomi and their two sweet dogs live on the property and do an excellent job caretaking and Victor expertly showed us how to open cocunuts. They location is ideal and the pool was a highlight! ”

“Had 4 couples, each couple basically had their own apartment at this location. The master suite could have held at least one more couple and no one would have felt crowded. Walking distance to a couple bars and places to eat. 1 mile North of San Pedro, so recommend having a golf cart. ”

“First time in Belize and it could not have gone better. The home is beautiful and was perfect for my wife and 2 daughters. Michaela the property manager was amazing and super helpful before and during the trip. She helped us coordinated transportation, excursions, and a golf cart rental. I even screwed up an issue with the rental and she was able to quickly help me fix it, even though it was my mistake. We loved the location which is far enough away to feel some solitude but not so far away as……

Maresha was super helpful, on top of making sure our stay was top notch she also hooked us up with a golf cart rental for getting around and helped us arrange a private snorkelling trip.
