“Our family of 5 enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The raging river so close to our balcony was impressive after a few days of heavy rain. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and we had plenty of space for 5. A couple of minor issues being advertised washer/dryer was actually a paid laundry service and pillow menu did not exist when requested although advertised. ”

“This was the perfect spot for five of us (3 adults & 2 teens) to stay while we were on vacation in the area. It would be a little crowded for 8 adults but it was so cute and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a nice break at the end of the day and the eating area was so cute. The location is a short drive to anything we needed. The communication with the owner was great although we didn't get the check-in information until late the night before we were supposed to arrive but once I……

“Andre was waiting for us. Walked us to the apartment and answered all our questions. I forgot one question and sent a message. It was answered right away. Place was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. ”

“Nice swimming pool with heated water. Good security and parking. Comfortable dwelling. Shower heat control set slightly low. Very responsive staff!”

“Place was super clean and location was amazing. Short walk to town and to activities. Only issue was that the 2 bedrooms inside plus the bathroom had walls that do not go all the way to the ceiling. So you get privacy but no privacy from noise. Everyone can hear you in the bathroom and the 2 front bedrooms you can hear everything. If anyone gets up early or stays up late, this impacts everyone. I would not stay again due to this unless it was just with 2 people in the back master bedroom.”

“The villa has a great view of the lake and is extremely quiet. It’s secluded but still close to the main road and we felt like it was a safe area The directions provided by the owner are good but it is hard to find at night. The furniture, bedding and amenities are pretty old but we were not expecting 5 star. We loved Nuevo Arenal compared to the very touristy La Fortuna but there are of course more activities there. Overall very happy with the villa”
