"El mejir ubicado de Donosti y un gran hotel. Nos encontramos un sobre de champú usado en el suelo de la ducha del huésped anterior lo que quiere decir que no la habían limpiado. Inaceptable para un hotel de esa categoría y precio. Lo demás todo bien."

"Excellent hotel. It’s an LBGTQ+ friendly chain but they welcome everyone. We loved our stay. The location is great, walkable to many bars & restaurants as well as the beach and old town. "Great location. A short 2 minute walk to the beach, 10 mins to the old town. Comfortable, big room (209) that faced the courtyard. Reasonably priced mini bar. Exceptional breakfast which you should definitely include in your reservation. Great staff. very welcoming. Definitely will come back."

"Parking is not on site. It would be nice to know in advance exactly what the parking situation is. 25 EUR a day and its only open certain hours. The room was nice, the staff were nice, and the place is clean. It can get noisy outside with window open but with windows closed its very quiet."
