“This is a beautiful condo sitting on a hill overlooking the 1880’s Train in Hill City. The location is perfect and the condo is exceptionally well maintained and clean, with everything modern and new inside. We loved having this relaxing atmosphere so close to downtown but yet so quiet that deer were walking through the backyard as we sat on the patio. It was wonderful and we will be back!”

“What a great house in the woods! The rental was clean, well stocked with everything we needed for a week, quiet, secluded. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Our host communicated promptly and pleasantly. The owner stopped with a loaf of fresh baked sourdough bread! Loved everything about our stay!”

“Beautiful location”

“House was amazing. Architecture is really cool. Just a couple suggestions. 1) might be on us but look out tower houses most of the bedrooms. We had littles which meant they were in a separate building. Would have liked to have known. 2) they are tight w their towel game. Only two towels per bathroom which for an extended stay was annoying. Otherwise it was a spectacular home w better views”

“Our stay was wonderful! We loved the location of this house. It was a great location for visiting all the parks. We especially enjoyed Custer State Park where we saw a lot of wildlife; bighorn sheep, bison, turkeys, burros, deer and prairie dogs.The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We appreciated the welcome basket with wine and snacks. The yard was so peaceful with the stream and the deer that stopped by in the morning and evening.
