“I was in Rapid City for a schooling, although we wanted to take advantage of some site seeing as well. Great location, easy access, very comfortable house. Everything you need while away from home. We had wonderful communication with property manager! They are amazing to work with and very accommodating! Thank you thank you!”

“Had a family of 6 with 4 teens. Everyone had their own room. Beds were comfortable but had plastic on mattress which was noisy, pillows need replacing. Unit was clean and comfortable but had issues not receiving code to get into house, no instructions once there with info on wifi or how to leave the unit. Ed got back to me fairly quickly. No pool table which the teens were disappointed. Very conveniently located to everything in Rapid City. Quiet neighborhood”

“This is a very cute house that is close to everything, but still gives you the feeling of being out of the hustle and bustle. Great porch with chairs and rocking chairs for families to sit out and talk and laugh. Very clean house with all the amenities you'd need plus the small things that you may habe forgotten to pack, to use. We had 4 adults and 3 kids stay and the house was plenty big for us. The grounds were perfect to play around and walk on some small trails. The communication was always……

“Very clean updated home in great location on side street. Saw deer a couple mornings. Beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked to cook at home along with propane grill. Only complaint was upper level of home was difficult to cool during hot afternoons. Opening windows were nice as evenings cooled off some but could use screens on windows, had access to a couple smaller fans for upper level. Ken was very friendly, met us on our first evening to give recommendations, even delivered a fire pit upon……

“This location is much better than staying in town. Great host and easy to get a hold. Great communication. This is a small thing, but meant a lot to us. There was water bottles in the fridge and there was ice that was cracked and ready to use. Smelled clean. The neighbors even were great. The man with the white lab was so welcoming. “This home is very comfortable and in a good location making our trip a fun one. As a VRBO host myself, I really focus on a few things; cleanliness, will my guests sleep well, and is the kitchen fully appointed. This kitchen had many features, but a full set of dishes, so that we would not need to run dishwasher every day, would've been nice. A set of glassware and possibly a crock pot would have been lovely. A quick guide on the induction stove would be helpful too for first time users. The……
