“The only reason I don’t want to write this review is that I worry our summer timeslot will be filled with other lucky groups.This was our second summer staying at this lodge for our multi-generational family, and it was just as perfect as the first time. With plenty of bedrooms, large gathering areas, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining space, it easily accommodated all of us and made our time together both comfortable and memorable.The lodge is located down a long dirt road tucked……

“Our family came to the Black Hills to enjoy the abundance of MVUM roads and trails. We brought our Jeeps and the Alpine Prairie Lodge is right in the middle of some of the seemingly endless possibilities of riding opportunities. The lodge sits right on the newly paved S Rotchford road so access is easy to trailer off road vehicles in. The drive way is a little challenging to back a trailer in but my son is an excellent driver and used to backing our 30 ' trailer and was able to get in the drive.……
