“Steele Hill is absolutely beautiful! My room was clean and comfy and reasonably priced for a resort! I will say check in can be confusing as they said I was staying in the main building. The map only says east building, west building etc. You would think the brightly lit building on the hill would be the main building, but that’s incorrect. A sign outside the buildings would be really helpful, especially for people arriving after dark like I did! Also, the hotel is located on the top of a hill,……

“This was a lovely place to spend a weekend. The room we stayed in was very ample and relaxing. The staff was superior and engaging. The continental breakfast was more than enough to get a start to the day. We did have a meal at the restaurant on the property. Food was delicious. Lots of seating options. The property is lakefront with no actual lake access, but it is nice to be so close just for the view. There is a walking rail trail just behind the property that is easily accessible which we……

“The hotel is outdated, but very clean rooms, I did not check bathtub, but toilet and sink area we're fine. I care more about cleanliness of floor and the bed was very clean and comfortable. I stayed in a single bed room, we requested a refrigerator for diabetic supplies and it was fine. No microwave in room, but microwaves at end of hallway. Breakfast was fine sausage egg cheese croissant that I heated in microwave, and bagels and toaster and fresh fruit and yogurt and coffee, orange juice and……

“We had a wonderful weekend at The Nutmeg Inn! The lovely Inn welcomes you with a feeling of nostalgia and comfort. We were greeted by Karen and Kevin and felt relaxed immediately. The breakfast of Kevin's homemade sourdough bread, scones, yogurt with Karen's homemade granola, fruit and Gruyere cheese egg bites were absolutely delicious.
