“What a gem!! Bergamo was a half-hearted, 1-day visit we added to our trip since we were flying into Milan in the evening & yet we were SO pleasantly surprised! The old town, which is walking distance from La Valleta, is beautiful with a nice handful of shops & restaurants. La Valleta is a lovely hillside Villa with a small handful of rooms & very nice & kind proprietors. But what really stands out is their breakfast! It has the usual staples (fruit, yogurt, cheese, meats, cakes) but they offer……

“Ginevra rooms is beautiful! We loved the watch theme and got to stay in the cartier room, of which there was a hige cartier watch on the wall behind the bed. Leila was lovely, polite and very helpful during our stay. The room was clean, modern and exatcly what we needed. I have been to Bergamo 3 times and will definitely be using Ginevra rooms again.”

“Not bad, self check in is a bit gimmicky, F1 hotels have been doing this for years and it is not high class. No robes in the room, a table outside would have been nice, breakfast would have been nice too, the car park is super tight if you have a big car, no tissues in the room, chairs can be heard being moved on the level above, a shelf in the bathroom would be useful. The room was cold even though we had the thermostat on 24c. The sink made of glass is cool. I wouldn't stay there again due to……
