“Everything was pristine and luxurious. I'm a man 88 years old and I loved the fact that the bed was lower and just suited me. Every convenience was at my fingertips. Next time however, I will request a ground floor apartment. One little thing, in the closet the rod of hangers was at 7 ft high. I'm 5'3". Anyway, loved my 3-day stay here.”

“This little houseboat was so cute. Everything worked as expected. It was so romantic to be able to sit on the back of the boat and fish all night with my wife. Everything was perfect. Everyone we meet was so nice. If I had only one recommendation if you stay on this boat, take you a bed topper or something, it wasn’t a very thick mattress. The second night we slept a lot better. But we will definitely be back. I think this is going to be a favorite place to spend time and making memories. Also……

“We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. The pool was a hit, but the host does nickle-and-dime you with a charge by the hour for the hot tub (it does get hot quickly). The house is in okay condition, but it could use some improvements. The beds weren’t very comfortable and were squeaky. The bunk……

“We were in town for FW Stock Show and The Stockyard Exchange was a great place to stay! There is a lot of personality in this 3 bedroom house. It was fun to learn more about some of the antiques and unique decorations. It’s an older home with modern updates. Beds were comfy, coffee was stocked and it was conveniently located to many places while keeping us in a neighborhood setting. Our hosts were great with communication and responsive if we needed help with something. ”

“Our son’s wedding was held at A & M Garden Venue, 10 miles from this VRBO property! The property’s amenities were exactly what my crew needed to enjoy, relax and all be present in one beautiful location. The highlight…the stunning colored longhorn, who was asking for attention visiting the fence line for all to see! Thank you to the owners for providing space for my family’s special event! “Home is AMAZING! Area is beautiful! Information you need to know: a very limited amount of towels are provided (maybe 8 towels are there), and there are no toiletries, except for some toilet paper. We had to buy towels after we got there. There are some things that need to be fixed (loose faucet in mid-level bathroom, door knob to the bunk room came off), but overall, I would love to stay there again!!!
