“We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Delray! Dylan was incredibly kind and helpful — he made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The ladies at the front desk (we wish we had gotten their names!) were also very friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist. The cleaning of the rooms can be improved, it wasn’t that good. The pool area was nice and perfect for relaxing. We also loved the location — just a short walk from good restaurants, shops, and……

“My wife and I have been to the Plunge a few years ago and I must report that the service has gone down dramatically. The staff at the beach bar needs to be trained better in customer service skills, and their attitude towards the customer needs a drastic improvement. If you want to be waited on and receive food in a timely manner do not sit at any of the tables that surround the bar, because all of the servers avoid you as if you were a bother to them.
