“Cheerful and well appointed cottage just steps from a beautiful beach. We also enjoyed walking to Main Street Hyannis with its fun shops and delicious array of restaurants. Steve, our host, was very attentive and checkin in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would love to go again to this property.”

“We (a party of 3 lifelong friends!) loved this little tucked away cottage. Despite the bad weather cards we were dealt with, (a lot of rain and wind) we easily walked to the Campground and marvelled at the uniqueness of the gingerbread cottages and found some good rainy day hang-out's that I wasn't aware of (especially loved Behind The Bookstore & ventured out on a little bit on a rainy night to listen to live music at Nonan's) The check-in was super easy and we took advantage of the outdoor……

“The stay was great. Quiet neighborhood in the off season and a quick walk to the beach. The interior was perfect for writing. The kitchenette was dated and the stove/range was iffy but I managed to make simple meals. Only major issue was the bathroom sink had no cold water valve so it was too hot to wash and brush teeth in the bathroom. Had to use the kitchen. Also I opted for late check out (2pm) and was able to pay for it through the app. But the cleaning crew came at 12 and said they had……

“Fantastic view, cant say enough about sunrise and sunset. Nice away from it all spot close enough to places to go fora really good balance. The road in isa back road on the cape going any faster than 5mph will rattle you around but totally worth the slow roll in. ”

“This TOTALLY renovated beach cottage was great. Very close to the beach and easy access to many restaurants.”

“This is a beautiful cozy cottage, perfect for a small family. Centrally located on the Cape close to a lot of sights and attractions. There is a beach and restaurant within walking distance. My granddaughters and I had a great stay this summer.”
